• Retail customers (individuals or non-trade buyers)

• All orders are subject to acceptance by ATS Building Products.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise noted.
• Trade pricing may be available to approved account holders.
• Payment is required at checkout or per agreed account terms.
• We may require full payment before dispatch.

 

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery options, costs, and times will be confirmed during the order process.
• Delivery times are estimates only.
• We are not liable for third-party delays or missed deliveries.
• You must ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
• Pickup is available from select warehouse locations.

 

Returns and Claims

• Retail customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
• Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
• No returns on custom or cut-to-size items unless faulty.
• Damage claims must be made in writing within 48 hours.

 

Product Information

• Descriptions, images and specifications are for general guidance.
• We may update product info without notice.
• It’s your responsibility to ensure the suitability of products.

 

Website Use

• All site content is owned by ATS Building Products and may not be reused without permission.
• You must not interfere with or misuse the website.
• We do not guarantee continuous access or error-free operation.

 

Limitation of Liability

• ATS Building Products excludes all warranties except those required by law.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
