Shipping policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed instantly using our online ordering system, once confirmed online, the order is sent to the warehouse so your order can be prepared, and planned for delivery on the first available vehicle.

2. Shipping options and cost

Parcels

Parcel orders will be shipped using Australia Post on the same day the order is placed, and standard Australia Post charges apply and will be quoted during check out. Allow 4-10 days for delivery

Truck Deliveries

ATS manages all transport in house using a large fleet of ATS owned vehicles, we do it this way to ensure each order is managed efficiently from start to finish.

Small truck $170 Ex GST – This is ideal for locations where space is limited, narrow streets and deliveries with narrow driveways etc. (Note: this option is not a crane truck).

Large Crane truck $200 Ex GST – This truck is 12m long and will require parking large enough to setup and unload.

3. Estimated delivery time

ATS is committed to next day delivery in all Metro areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide. If your order is placed today, you can be assured of delivery the next day! Our Transport Management System will confirm by SMS or email (depending on your preferred contact method) the moment your order has been dispatched from the nearest ATS branch, you will also receive a notification once the order has arrived at your destination. We also accommodate same day deliveries, however these are on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on size and delivery locations. Contact your nearest branch for more info.

4. Restrictions

Regional deliveries are on a quote basis only – please contact your nearest branch for a quote.

5. Returns

ATS accepts warehouse returns however all items must be in AS SOLD condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all return items, the original shipping charges are not refundable.
